The National Polytechnic Museum is an associated partner in Bulgaria for the AIDA project

In 2023, the pilot phase of the AIDA project will take place, during which therapeutic sessions at cultural sites will be held in all partner countries. They will be carried out according to the AIDA methodology, which integrates three areas – culture, technology, and care.

During the sessions, fourteen training scenarios will take place in the six countries, which involve the three areas in different ways. In Bulgaria, two of the scenarios will be tested within two groups of five people from a care home and five caregivers.

For Bulgaria, the associate partner will be the National Polytechnic Museum, where the sessions will take place. Museum staff will receive training from Alzheimer Bulgaria on working with older people and on the different approaches to using culture and art in care. Older people will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the museum and view dozens of exhibits related to science and technology.

We are delighted to collaborate with the National Polytechnic Museum and grateful for their willingness to get involved in the project!
