2017 – ‘Guide for Caregivers in their care for patients with dementia’, funded by the Agency for People with Disabilities.

2018 – ‘Dementia Friends Bulgaria’. We managed to launch the biggest international movement that advocates for a friendlier society for dementia patients and their families and caregivers – ‘Dementia Friends’. The association won a grant by TELUS International Bulgaria Community Board and as a result, successfully started the campaign for the first time in our country. As a result, 132 people became dementia friends, 20 people participated in dementia information sessions and underwent a one-day training on how to become dementia befrienders in nursing homes. These volunteers will be providing one-to-one support to elderly members in two nursing homes in Pleven and Sofia, respectively.
